Solids feeders and valves and flow assisting devices for delivering powders, granular materials or other bulk materials to or from process units, storage bins, conveyors or product packaging. The devices may consist of gravimetric or volumetric feeders, dischargers, fillers, loaders, and specialized solids handling valves or bin activators. Bin activators and dischargers break up bridging to enable bulk material flow. Solids feeders and solids valves mechanical dispense powders or control solids flow rate.
