These sanitary design visual flow indicators provide operators with a full 360º view of the flow of virtually any process pipeline fluid while imposing minimal pressure drop on the line. Polished stainless steel sanitary connections include butt weld end, bevel seat, and clamp connections.
Designed to be mounted in-line in sanitary process piping systems, these units incorporate premium standard features such as borosilicate glass cylinders. Optically clear, shatter-resistant polycarbonate shields are also available to protect the glass column, if necessary.
The units are rated for working pressures up to 150 psi. Standard material of construction for sanitary service is 316L stainless steel. For corrosive service, Monel®, Alloy 20 or Hastelloy® are also available. Buna-N is the standard gasket material. Neoprene, PTFE, Viton® and silicone gaskets are available options.
Models are available in clamp sizes from 1 inch to 6 inches, in lengths up to 4 feet. Custom designs are also available.
