Thermalert CS100
 The Thermalert CS100 is a comprehensive temperature measurement system for monitoring, control, and analysis of rotating kiln shells used in cement and lime production. The system combines an environmentally-protected infrared linescanner and a powerful, industrial software program. Easy Installation and Maintenance
The environmental enclosure is mounted on an aiming bracket to adjust the scan line to the kiln axis. The box is equipped with a mounting rail for quick linescanner installation and has an easy-to-exchange infrared window. The housing has quick connectors for water cooling and air purging.
Because CS100 system components are individually calibrated, they can be replaced without field engineer visits for on-site calibration. The CS100 Software runs on a standard personal computer with common serial interface. The software is easy-to-use, requires little operator training and provides management with multiple levels of password control for greater security.
