an inexpensive, but highly effective Dust Suppression System.

Quick and easy to install, the Two-Timer Plus, model 60-9000, offers immediate compliance with dust regulations. Weighing less than ten pounds, the Two-Timer consists of just three factory-assembled components: a Control Unit, Solenoid Assembly, and Spray Bar & Hose Assembly. This modular arrangement easily adapts to all conveyor structures and belt widths.

The Eagle^® Two-Timer suppresses float dust by applying a controlled amount of water to the underside of a conveyor belt. Correct moisture level is maintained by two adjustable timers that cycle water sprays on and off while the belt is running. However, if the conveyor should stop, the sprays automatically shut off, preventing potential belt slippage due to excessive moisture.

No two dust problems are ever the same. They vary by location, by type of conveyed material, and even by the time of year. The Two-Timer has the versatility to handle virtually any dust condition, letting you choose the best mode for now, and changing it later as conditions change.  Two different field-selectable spraying modes allow you to choose the best mode for dust conditions at a particular time.

Whenever a conveyor experiences emergency or routine interruptions, the Two-Timer EEPROM memory circuit ensures uniform moisture for effective dust control. For example, the conveyor stops five minutes into a ten-minute Spray-On cycle. As noted, the sprays automatically stop when the conveyor stops.

When the conveyor restarts, the memory reactivates the Spray-On cycle beginning with the five minutes remaining when the conveyor stopped. the end result is effective dust suppression, even during intermittent conveyor shutdowns.

Model 60-9100

WITH SENSOR CONTROL

An enhanced version of Model 60-9000, the 60-9100 features its own built-in motion sensor. Instead of being electrically connected to the belt starter circuit, the 60-9100 can be connected to ANY available electrical source, and its sensor will detect if the conveyor is running. This feature allows the Two-Timer Plus to be mounted at the dust site without long cable runs back to the motor starter.
