Gusher Pumps, manufacturer of Rumaco®, Pioneer®, and Gusher® pumps, represents one of the largest selection of centrifugal pumps available from a single manufacturer. Models include close-coupled pumps, end suction pumps, immersed pumps, self-priming pumps, vortex pumps, sludge pumps, multi-stage pumps, full cantaliver pumps. Many in vertical or horizontal styles. Ideally suited for small and large flow rates, and our multi-stage pump is capable of heads in excess of 800 ft. We also manufacture a  range of diaphragm pumps, and turbine pumps.

Numerous models and sizes permit selection of the most hydraulically suitable pump for many capacity/head ranges without having to up or down size operating characteristics.

SHC
This design offers 15 different sizes allowing the capability to handle solids up to 3 inches and pumping at 440 foothead 3000GPM.

Vertical Fully Cantilever
This design allows any model in the Vertical Centerline style to be extended up to 1.5 meter.

DIN 5440 Series
The DIN 5440 Series will meet all the specifications of DIN 5440.

ANSI B 73.1 Specification Horizontal End Suction (top)
The 7071 Series is a horizontal, open impeller centrifugal pump that meets the specifications of ANSI B-73.1. The series consists of 3 power end and 25 pump sizes as follows:

• S Frame - 5 pump sizes
• M Frame - 15 pump sizes
• L Frame - 5 pump sizes

7550 Series Vertical Centrifugal End Suction (top)
The Gusher 7550 Series has been designed to give heavy duty pumping service in a wide range of industrial applications including spray booths, industrial spray washers, paint, and coolant systems. Each phase of its production has been carefully controlled to ensure long life and minimum maintenance.

7600 Series Vertical Top Pull Out Centrifugal End Suction (top)
The 7600 Series has been designed to minimize maintenance. If maintenance is required, the top pull out design allows the rotating element to be removed without disturbing the mounting plate or piping. All models come with motor aligning screws, which cuts coupling adjustment time to a fraction of the conventional method of adding or removing shims.

7600 Series Horizontal Back Pull Out Centrifugal End Suction (top)
The back pull out design of the Gusher 7600H Series saves downtime and maintenance costs by providing easy removal of rotating assembly for fast repairs. These pumps are available in coupled, coupled base mounted, and close coupled configurations.

Gusher Jet Pumps
Ruthman Model RP Self-priming pumps are backed by more than 80 years of experience in the manufacturing of centrifugal pumps for countless varieties of applications. The Model RP has been designed to provide long life, quiet operation, and maximum performance with the capability of pumping liquids up from depths of 25 feet. They are ideal for lawn sprinkler systems, swimming pools, irrigation, etc., and can be readily adapted to many industrial uses.

The Model E285J was designed to be compact, easy to install, and easy to service. This centrifugal pump is of close coupled design and uses enclosed impellers to maximize efficiency.

Industrial Vertical Close Coupled Pumps
Gusher Industrial Vertical End Suction pumps are designed to be reliable and versatile. Their heavy duty one piece shaft construction has no seals, bushings, or metal to metal contact below the mounting plate, assuring a long, maintenance free life. The pump design has been used in many different applications including industrial washing machines, cooling towers, spray booths, and part cleaners.

Industrial Horizontal Close Coupled Pumps
Gusher close coupled pumps are designed to cut maintenance in two ways. First they will give years of trouble free operation without regular maintenance except for periodic lubrication. Secondly, when lubrication is required, their back pull out design cuts downtime to a minimum.

Direct Drive Pumps
Direct Drive pumps permit mounting of standard, 56C frame up to 256TC frame, motors to the pump without requiring a flexible coupling. The motor shaft fits snugly into the pump shaft, and the connection of the two shafts is keyed and secured by a self locking, nylon tipped set screw. In addition to being compact, this style is readily mounted to your machine without requiring a special mounting plate.

Models- 1 1/4x1 1/2-5E, 2x2 1/2-6E, 3x3-6E
These pumps are of rugged design for use in many applications, such as water or chemical circulation, coolant handling, industrial washers, and filtration systems of all types.

Capacities of these models range from 0 to 600 GPM @ 3450 RPM with heads up to 150 feet.

8000 Series Horizontal Centrifugal Self-Priming (top)
The 8000 Series is designed for a wide range of uses from agricultural to industrial, including filtration, irrigation, dewatering,transfer, industrial sump, shallow sump washers, and tank car unloading. Priming and air separation are accomplished within the casing, there are no external valves, air separator, or priming chamber required.

Sizes in the 8000 Series range from 1 1/4" to 6" discharge with heads up to 130 feet @ 1750 RPM and capacities to 1200 GPM. Download 8000 Series

High Pressure Centrifugal Multi-Stage

Molten Metal Vertical Centrifugal
Gushers Molten Metal pumps handle lead, babbitt, solder, tin, zinc, spelter, and other molten metals at temperatures up to 1200ºF. These pumps are standard with stainless steel shaft, pump parts made of cast iron, and carbon steel screws.

Tank Units and Accessories
These general purpose units are widely used for supplying coolant to machine tools not otherwise equipped with a coolant system. Available in standard reservoir sizes from 10 to 200 gallons with pumps from 1/25 through 7 1/2 hp, Gusher tank units may be used as permanent, portable, or auxiliary coolant systems.

Gusher Rumaco Pumps
Some Gusher-Rumaco centrifugal, open impeller type pumps can be equipped with self adjusting seals so that the units can be installed either vertically or horizontally at or below the liquid level. They can be throttled to any desired extent without increasing the load on the motor, and the seals are designed to handle this fluctuation. Castings on these pumps are sturdily constructed of tested materials. Each has the inherent characteristics of dependability and performance built into all Gusher products.

Immersed Types

Flange Mounted Types
Flange mounted pumps should be selected when space is limited and an immersed type pump cannot be used. These pumps are mounted directly to the outside of the reservoir solving limited space problems.

Centrifugal Truck Pump
With capacities up to 750 GPM @ 2250 RPM and heads to 140 feet, Gusher's centrifugal truck pump is ideal for many agricultural and industrial uses.
