Hays' condensate hose is a quick and easy method to provide draining of condensation from cooling equipment. The hose is flexible allowing for installation in different locations. Being clear, it is easy to visually check for blockage.

Model CYS is a flange x flange end wye strainer. The cast iron wye strainer has standard ANSI Class 150 pound flange ends that can be connected to a lug type butterfly valve for throttling/isolation. The wye strainer comes standard with a stainless steel filter element, two 1/4" plugs, a 1/2" plug, a plugged 3/4" blow-off connection, and a flanged blow-off cover with an EPDM O-ring.

Stainless steel screen aids in filtering dirt, rust, and debris in the piping system and may be removed for cleaning

Raised-face flange ends aids in tight coupling with gaskets to provide maximum resistance to leakage.

Large steel strainers/filters are not measured in mesh such as smaller strainer screens are. Large strainers are measured.

Model CBYS is a combination butterfly valve and flange x flange end wye strainer. The cast iron wye strainer has standard ANSI Class 150 pound flange ends that connect to a lug type butterfly valve for throttling/isolation. The strainer comes with a stainless steel filter element. The cast iron butterfly valve has a combination infinite/10 position memory stop plate, a one piece disc/shaft, a triple shaft bearing, an aluminum-bronze disc and an EPDM standard liner.

Butterfly Valve is rated 150 PSIG and is suitable for dead-end service

Large steel strainers/filters are not measured in mesh such as smaller strainer screens are. Large strainers are measured in perforations as mesh strainer screens are not sturdy enough to handle.

The two ports are located at the 12:00 and 6:00 positions. Other port locations and port sizes such as 1/4", 3/4" and 1" are available for an additional charge. Optional flange end connections consist of Standard ANSI Class 150 pound raised-face flanges. The butterfly valve is rated for dead end service of 150psi. Model BFA (31H) is a lug type butterfly valve. Its high strength through-stem design allows easy disassembly and reduced disc to stem failure. The superior quality and high pressure manual butterfly valves meet today's Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning (HVAC) requirements. It's rated for 250 psi bidirectional dead end service. Lug valves are drilled and tapped to meet ANSI Class 125/150 and PN16 flanges.
