R
Series Magnetic Drive Pumps
Using
the latest, patented pump technology, Haywards Series R all-plastic,
corrosion resistant pumps will stand up to the most aggressive,
demanding industrial and commercial applications year in and year
out. From the heavy duty, thick wall, glass reinforced polypropylene
or PVDF pump body construction, to the rugged epoxy painted motors,
to the patented design that helps guard against damage from dry
running, there is simply no better mag drive plastic pump available
anywhere. And Hayward backs every one of its Webster mag drive
pumps with an extended two year warranty.
With horsepower ratings from 1/3 HP to 5 HP applications requiring
flow rates from 5 to 140 gpm with maximum total dynamic head
discharges up to 141 feet will find a Webster Magnetic Drive
Pump to meet their requirements. And because the process media
never contacts metal, there is never a danger of pump failure
due to rust or corrosion. Because they are mechanically driven
they have no seals, thus, no emissions, leaks, or expensive
seal replacements.

C-Series Horizontal Pumps
The
C5, C7 and C8 Series pumps are designed specifically for continuous
chemical duty service. They are rugged, precision molded, and
feature dynamically balanced, enclosed impellers. Units are available
in CPVC (Corzan®), fiberglass reinforced Polypropylene, and
PVDF (Solef® ) with ratings of 1/3, 1, and 1 1/2 horsepower.
Pump models are also available with a rugged cast iron bearing
frame for belt-drive or other coupled drivers.

S Series Immersible Pumps
The
"S2, S4, S5, SS6, SS7and S8" Series are rugged, chemical
duty pumps available in CPVC (Corzan®), fiberglass reinforced
Polypropylene, and PVDF (Solef® ). Precision molded, dynamically
balanced, "enclosed" impellers allow pumping of abrasive
solutions, ability to run dry, and operating against closed discharge
valve. Available in ratings of 1/3, 1/2, 3/4, 1, and 1 1/2 horsepower
for continuous duty operation.

S
Series Quick Service Immersible Pumps
The
SS8 Series are rugged, chemical duty pumps available in CPVC (Corzan®)
or Fiberglass Reinforced Polypropylene. Precision molded, dynamically
balanced, "enclosed" impellers allow pumping of abrasive
solutions, ability to run dry, and operating against closed discharge
valve. The pump can handle flow rates up to 80gpm and up to 45
TDH. These pumps feature a special tear-drop locking design that
allows the operator to quickly remove the pump core for service
while the pump body stays connected to the piping system. Just
loosen the four mounting bolts, turn the pump motor slightly and
lift it out of the body for service. Spillage of the process media
is eliminated because the pump body stays connected to the piping
system.

D
Series Immersible Pumps
The
D1 and DD1 are an enhanced replacement of the durable S1 and SS1
series pump. A 1/8" HP motor with 1/2" diameter extended
shaft and (4) precision machined, pump mounting pads, insure trouble
free performance for the more demanding industrial applications.
Precision molded, dynamically balanced, semi-open impellers
with a unique "tandem" design allows for the ability
to run dry indefinitely, and operating against closed discharge
valve.

FLT Series Cartridge Filters
All Plastic Construction
Designed
for the most demanding applications these all plastic cartridge
filters are used to filter fine particles from the process fluid.
Models are available to accommodate 10, 20 and 30 wound or
pleated polypropylene filter cartridges in either PVC or CPVC
construction. Both come standard with a Viton® seal. The filters
are designed so that compression seals the filter unit eliminating
the need for a center rod. An integral plug on the hand removable
filter cover makes for easy bleeding of the unit. The filters
feature a 3/4 FPT inlet connection to eliminate the chance for
broken MPT connections. An optional mounting base is available
for mounting the filter to the floor or work surface.
All wound cartridges have a 1 I.D. and 2 1/2 O.D. The pleated
cartridges have a 1 I.D. and 2 5/8 O.D. Maximum flow rates
for both are 5 gpm per 10 of filter cartridge length. Cartridges
are sold separately.
Webster FLT Cartridge Filters
are small, compact, and a perfect partner to any Webster chemical
duty, corrosion resistant pump.

In Tank Filtration Systems
Pump and Filter Cartridge Combination
Designed
to filter process fluid within a tank eliminating the time and
expense needed to install a separate, stand alone, filter and
pump. The filter features all plastic, CPVC construction with
Viton® for exceptional chemical resistance and are available
with either one or two filter cartridges.
Changing filter cartridges is quick and easy for both single
and double filter units. A simple quick disconnect union is
used to connect the filter cartridge to the pump. Just unscrew
the union, no tools are required, and remove the filter cartridge
and assembly. It takes only seconds and there are no plastic
screws that could be cross-threaded, especially at higher temperatures.
To make the cartridge change our process even faster additional
disconnect unions are available to make up preloaded assemblies
with clean filter cartridges.
The In Tank Filtration unit
comes standard with one 50 micron wound, polypropylene filter
cartridge. Cartridges are also available in 1, 5, 10, 30, 75
and 100 micron ratings and have a 1" I.D. and a 2 1/2"
O.D. Single or double cartridge configurations are available
in either 10" or 20" lengths. In Tank Filtration Systems
are available with Series S and D pumps that are seal-less and
can be run dry. These heavy duty, reliable pumps come with Hayward's
unique two year warranty.
