ELIMINATES "DUMPING" & SPILLING OF SOLUTIONS
The HAND DISPENSING PUMP is a double acting piston type which will handle a wide range of solutions. The pump body, valves, valve seats and piston are all made of chemically resistant, performance engineered plastics, especially compounded to give the pump strength and rigidity. All internal metal parts in contact with the liquid are made of 316 stainless steel. The "O"-ring and gasket materials are cork-nitrile, Viton® or EPDM (ethylene propylene).

*Note: Always consult factory for chemical compatibility

Optional Filter Capsule And Discharge Spout
Otional Discharge Spout
INTERNAL METAL PARTS: 316 Stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
STAINLESS SUCTION SCREEN: Protects the pump from solids.

This low cost pump delivers approximately one pint per stroke or one quart with the forward and back push/pull of the hande. The variety of materials of construction enables the user to select those which are specifically required for his individual needs according to chemical resistance charts. The use of this pump eliminates having to pour from one container to another and avoids costly and hazardous spilling and splashing.

  • VISCOSITIES UP TO 2000 SSU
  • QUALITY ENGINEERED THERMOPLASTIC CONSTRUCTION
  • TWO POSITION PUMP HANDLE Handle can be mounted above the pump or below. Much easier to operate on a truck or high tank.
  • CONTROLLED DISCHARGE RATE The pump discharges approximately one (1) quart on every complete forward and backward cycle.
  • TAMPER PROOF HANDLE Can be padlocked to protect against unauthorized use.
  • SUCTION LIFT: Tested for 15 ft. minimum DISCHARGE HEAD: Up to 25 ft.
  • SELF-LUBRICATING TEFLON® (TFE) PISTON RING Operates wet or dry for long life
  • BARREL BUNG ADAPTER - 2" NPT Polyester is standard on HP models. Halar® standard on HR and HH models. 2" buttress in polypropylene optional. Pump snaps in. No need to rotate pump to install.
  • 1" NPT SUCTION, 3/4" NPT DISCHARGE

NOTE: Be sure to handle all liquids with care. Face mask, goggles, gloves, boots, aprons and fire retardant or acid-proof coveralls or smocks will help prevent bodily injury.

Hand Pump Handles Mini Bulk Applications
Safety, economics and convenience have long been the driving forces behind handling crop protection products in mini bulk systems. Tank and pump combinations have traditionally been offered by manufacturers to promote specific products. Now as the mini bulk systems grow older, pump repairs and replacements are often necessary due to corrosion, wear and physical damage. The high costs of repairs and pump replacement often cannot be justified when the unit handles 100 gallons of fluid per year. Many pesticide handlers have turned to PACER PUMPS to solve this problem. The PACER ® Model HPN 1A Hand operated Drum Pump was used extensively by pesticide manufacturers in the early mini bulk development and is still available as a dependable and economical replacement pump for any mini bulk tank with a 2” NPT or 2” buttress thread bung opening.
