TPI High Voltage Differential Probes - Multiple Floating Signals Measurement
What can you measure with a differential probe? With a 20 MHz bandwidth with a switch able attenuation of 20:1 and 200:1 (model ADF25) you can measure high-voltage circuits, motor speed controls, power supply design, and high power electronic converters.

What comes in the probe set? You will receive one differential probe, 2 probe tips, and 2 retractable sprung probes for accessing small wires for measurements.

TPI high voltage models built for reliability.

These high voltage differential probes allow conventional grounded oscilloscopes to be used for display and measurement of multiple floating signals with high common mode voltages. All sets are IEC 1010 Approved for safety. Wide bandwidth DC of 25 MHz. Common mode maximum difference between models is 1000V ms to 2500 rms. All units have high common mode rejection.
