Level Switches
Our standard programme contains float switches, pressure sensors, capacitive level sensors and silo switches. As a result of our modular assembly system we are able to produce individual and competitively priced products exactly as per customers requirements.
Float switches can be specified in a variety of plastic materials as well as in brass and stainless steel. A quasi-analogue version using multiple reed contacts is also available.
Pressure Sensors are available with 1/2 inch or 1 1/2 inch BSP thread in either stainless steel or PVC. Output signals can be specified as either voltage or current.
The capacitive level sensors are also available with a wide range of signal outputs; they are considerably less expensive than the pressure sensors, but are not quite as accurate (linearity error < 2 %). The overall length is user adjustable.
The silo switches are suitable for detecting the level of granular material such as cereal or plastic. The display/control units can be either 24 LED circular bargraph or 7 segment digital LED. Both versions can be supplied with relay outputs. There is also a programmable 7 segment panel mounted unit that has 4 independent input channels and three changeover contact output relays. The decimal point and MAX/MIN values are all user programmable.
