ALUM-N-ALL WM 9305 Corrosion Inhibitor For Closed Loop Systems With Aluminum Boilers

ALUM-N-ALL WM 9305 is a new generation blended liquid corrosion inhibitor specifically formulated for use in aluminum based closed loop heat exchange systems.

ALUM-N-ALL WM 9305 incorporates a special buffer blend to maintain the circulating water pH within the "Aluminum Friendly" range of 8.0 - 8.5. The corrosion inhibitor system incorporates Molybdate, yellow metal inhibitors and polymers. Laboratory tests yielded corrosion rates averaging 0.55 mpy on several aluminum coupons. At this level a very extended life for aluminum heat exchangers can be projected actually in excess of 100 years.

Application And Control:

ALUM-N-ALL WM 9305 should be fed neat as required via pot feeder or injection pump. Control is a standard Molybdate test which should be maintained at 150 - 240 ppm or as directed by your HOOD CHEMICAL Representative.
