Wilden® Pro-Flo X™ Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump

Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps

Wilden Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps

Wilden® Pro-Flo X Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pump

The Pro-Flo X" is the latest innovation to the AODD pump world. The development of Wilden's Pro-Flo X" air distribution system (ADS) is derived from the Pro-Flo® family and offers an alternative with operational flexibility never before seen. This flexibility is accomplished by the patent pending Efficiency Management System (EMS") which optimizes the Pro-Flo X" ADS for the actual operation parameters, regardless of application demands or pump size.

Due to its ground-breaking design, the Pro-Flo X" and EMS" technology are simple and easy to use. This is because of the integrated control dial located at the top of the ADS, which allows users to control the flow rate that best suits the application. The results are higher performance, lower operational costs and performance flexibility that goes far beyond what was considered the industry standard.

The Pro-Flo X" ADS is guaranteed to set the AODDP world ablaze. Making previously restrictive rules for AODD pump use obsolete, the Pro-Flo X" ADS will out pace, out match and out perform the harshest of conditions.

 Brahma Flat Valve Pump

Wilden® BRAHMA Flat Valve Pump

The Brahmapump has a unique top inlet and bottom discharge orientation, and uses flap valves to allow the passage of large size solids. It features bolted construction and the ability to pass certain solids up to 51 mm (2"). The top inlet and bottom discharge orientation and large flow through design eliminate the possibility of blockage in the wetted path area of the pump due to settling of solids.

The Brahma pump uses the traditional Turbo-Floair distribution system (ADS). The Turbo-FloADS has evolved over the past 50 years and has proven itself in numerous industrial applications. The Turbo-FloADS is the perfect compliment to this new pump. It is easy to maintain, externally serviceable and is completely submersible, this allows the Brahmato be used in harsh environments such as mine dewatering.

It is constructed of rugged aluminum wetted components and available with neoprene or buna-N elastomers.

Warren Rupp Pumps

SandPIPER® Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps

SandPIPER® Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps offer many advantages over other types of pumps. Low internal velocities move abrasives easily, with no damage to the pump. The gentle pumping action does not sheer fragile materials. Even heavy or solids-laden materials can be pumped - they move everything from water to peanut butter. These air-driven pumps, with no motors, seals or packing to leak, are environmentally friendly. SandPIPER pumps can run dry without damage, unlike other types of pumps and they are able to dry prime under most suction lift and conditions. Materials of Construction include: Aluminum; Cast Iron; 316SS; Hastelloy C; Polypropylene.
