Installation Fittings From Sensorex

Use these fittings to mount our standard 12 mm diameter electrodes into pipe Tee fittings or for submersion into tanks.

Low Cost Installation Fittings FC50P (1/2") and FC75P (3/4") are low cost polypropylene gland fittings, used to mount 12mm pH, ORP, Conductivity and DO electrodes. They allow for installation into threaded tees or can be reversed and attached to a female coupling on the end of your pipe for submersion use. They are rated up to 100° C and 100 psig.

pH Electrode Sanitary Tri-Clover Fitting

The SF1 sanitary fittings match up to a 1" or 1-1/2" Tri-Clover stub connection.  the SF2 match up to a 2" Tri-Clover stub connection. Use these 316 SS fittings for mounting 12 mm diameter pH, ORP (REDOX), or conductivity electrodes into Tri-Clover sanitary piping systems. Wetted material of these fittings are 316 stainless steel and EPR "O" ring. Any standard Sensorex 12 mm diameter laboratory style electrode may be ordered with a special top cap to retain electrode in fitting. Contact the factory for appropriate electrode part numbers.

Insertion Assembly Ball Valve

The BV1 ball valve is used with the S675, S676 or S677 insertion assembly to allow system isolation of the wet tap sensor without system shutdown. It is a full port 1" CPVC ball valve with 1" FNPT threads for attachment to a pipe nipple.
