Metering Pumps Series 500

Variable Oil By-pass™ stroke adjustment allows better valve performance than variable linkage designs. The valve checks have extra time to seat even in heavy liquids since they are idle during the by-pass portion of the suction and discharge strokes. EZE-CLEAN™ Valves–Cartridges can be removed for cleaning without disturbing the piping to the pump. All Neptune "dia-Pumps" are adjustable from 10% through 100% of capacity by micrometer dial.

As more companies receive chemicals in bulk containers, Lutz is meeting the demand to safely transfer liquid by introducing its Sealless pumptubes in lengths up to 78". The safest way to avoid spillage (no leaking pumps or valves) is to extract liquid from the top rather than from the bottom drain.

Variable Speed Metering Pump

Stenner’s adjustable variable speed pump has a DC motor with a detachable pump head which is universal to all Stenner pumps. The SVP4 operates in a 4-20 mA mode with an external port to accept an input control signal. The SVP4 pump has a simple four button keypad with a large LED display. The pump can override the 4-20mA mode to be manually adjusted in 1% increments with the up and down arrows on the keypad.
