|  The Model 770 Rate of Flow Control Valve is an automatic control valve designed to maintain a constant pre-set rate of flow regardless of changing system pressures and demand. It is a pilot controlled, hydraulically operated, diaphragm actuated globe valve in either the oblique (Y) or angle pattern design. Valve differential pressure powers the diaphragm actuator open or closed. The lower control chamber is connected through a fixed orifice to the downstream pressure, which serves to cushion the closing of the valve. The upper control chamber, which operates on a two-way control principle, has varying pressure produced by the rate of flow pilot and the pilot's internal upstream restriction needle valve.

Finally there's a fast and cost effective way to vacuum and filter used coolants and cutting oils loaded with chips from sumps, open pits and parts washers.
The Sump-N-Ator from ITW Vortec is the portable and affordable solution to the messy and lobor intensive task of cleaning machine sumps. In one easy step, the powerful sump-N-Ator pulls and filters particulate and sludge from liquids, then quickly converts to a pump to convey chip-free liquid out for reuse or disposal.
Fills or mpties a 55 gallon drum in on 1 1/2 minutes! The sump-N-Ator's superior filtration system makes it easy to separate coolant and chips for recycling, which reduces environmental impact and lowers costs.
Powered by filtered compressed air and ITW Vortec's Transvector air amplifier, there's no motor to burn out, no shock hazard, and no moving parts to break. The Sump-N-Ator is virtually maintenance free, exceptionally reliable, and much quieter to operate the a motor based vacuum or pump. It's backed by a 2 year warranty.
The unit requires no priming to operate, and installation is as simple as attaching it to a 55 gallon drum and activating the filtered compressed air. Designed with safety in mind, the Sump-N-Ator's automatic shut off valve prevents overflows and its relief valve limits internal drum pressure to 3.5 PSIG.

 The COMO Fluid Life Oil Skimmers remove oils, grease, sludge, fatty acids and other contaminants from your water or cleaning solution.
Because of the adhesive qualities of these contaminants, they adhere to the slow rotating disc and then are removed by use of spring loaded wiper blades and discharged in a nearby container.
Water and cleaning solutions not having an adhesive factor will remain.
