Coats sticky pellets with powder
 The Kason Powder Coater utilizes the vibratory energy of a Kason screener to coat sticky pellets with non-reactive powder for storage and shipping. Pellets are fed into the center of a coating chamber which is continually filled with powder, and become coated as they roll outward to the edge of the chamber.
As pellets land on the screen, excess powder falls through the screen and collects for recycling. Coated pellets exiting through the discharge spout remain discrete during shipping.
