Diaphragm Pumps
The AMT line of 3" Diaphragm pumps, often referred to as Mud pumps or Sludge pumps, is designed to pump mud, slurry, sewage and thick liquids that have the ability to flow. AMT Diaphragm pumps are available with a choice of drivers to meet your application requirements: Heavy duty gear box with precision ground triple strength steel gears.
Each unit features 3" NPT steel suction strainer, two 3" NPT nipples and wheel kit with 10" semi-pneumatic transport wheels for portability. Pumps are designed for use with non-flammable liquids which are compatible with pump component materials.
1-1/2" Hand Operated Diaphragm Pump
The AMT Model 4790-97 diaphragm pump is designed for the transfer of fresh or salt water containing sand, small stones and debris. Neoprene diaphragm and flapper valves. The unit is equipped with an 18" brass handle and cast iron pumping platform with built in handle storage.

The redesigned AMT line of 3" Diaphragm pumps features, 2-stage, 44 to 1 gear reduction with a large diameter output gear and heavy duty ball bearing construction. Diaphragm Pumps
The Gorman-Rupp line of Diaphragm pumps is designed to pump sludge, sewage, mud, and other heavy liquids that have the ability to flow. All models are self-priming, have built-in flap valves, and include a suction strainer.
The 3" and 4" models are furnished with a 2 wheel truck assembly. Models are available with explosion proof motors, Briggs & Stratton gasoline engines, or a basic model, less driver (furnished with a flex coupling).
Standard diaphragms are "DuraBlue 1000™" in 3" and neoprene in 2" pump and 4" pumps.

Pump Accessories
Choose from 2" or 3" general purpose and 2" high-pressure hose kits. Hard suction lines available in 15 ft. lengths. Lay flat discharge hoses available for both general purpose or high-pressure applications in various lengths.
Seal kits include body O-Ring, volute o-ring, mechanical shaft seal, check valve, shim set, sealing washer set, plugs and spacers, o-rings, or shaft sleeve as required. Also included is a seal installation tool and instruction sheet.
