Sine
Pump Sanitary Positive Displacement Pumps introduces the new
MR (MAX RAD) Series, the latest evolution in sinusoidal rotor
technology.
Food
For Thought
Sine Pump's MR Series of Sanitary Positive Displacement
Pumps push back the boundaries established by antiquated rotary
pump operation. Our MR Series of pumps meet today's process
related challenges with superior quality and performance.
Incorporting the latest development in sinusoidal
rotor technology, MR pumps offer several vital improvements
over previous sinusoidal rotor designs. They further widen
the gap between Sine Pump andthe conventional rotary pump
performance with advantages such as:
-
Low
Shear-Gentle wave rotor handles fragile solids
and maintains product integrity.
-
Powerful Suction-Patented design assures
powerful suction for high viscosity applications.
-
Low Pulsation-Constant volumetric displacement
creates a smooth and consistent flow.
-
Easy Maintenance-One rotor, one shaft,
and one seal assembly equate to simple, economical maintenance.
Sine Pump is the only truly universal pump.
With its host of design advantages, Sine Pump is ideal for
your process. Sine Pump meets or exceeds the following government
& industry authorizations.
Whether you nee to transfer delicte cheese curd,
or pump shear sensitive adhesives, you can count on Sine Pump.

Simplicity of Design
Sine
Pump's exclusive single sinusoidal rotor is the centerpiece
to a host of improvements over conventional rotary pump designs.
No timing gears, and only one rotor, one shaft, and one seal
equate to simple and economical maintenance.
Principals
Of Operation
The sinusoidal rotor creates four separate and
symmetrical pumping compartments. These pumping compartments
pass through the liners, providing positive displacement of
product from the suction to the discharge side of the pump.
A scraper gate prevents product from short cycling back to
the lower pressure suction side. Sine Pump's four large pumping
compartments remain constant in volumetric displacement. This
accounts for negligible pulsation, eliminates compression
and damage to product, and delivers meterable, reproducible
flow characteristics.
Options
-
Jacketing - Jacketed Sine Pumps are an ideal solution
for maintaining product stability in temperature sensitive
liquids.
-
Seal Options - Ranging from a single dynamic O-Ring
seal to sophisticated double mechanical seals, Sine Pump
has a seal option to meet your process needs.
-
Nozzles - Sine Pump's nozzles are 90 degrees to
each other and may be oriented in 45 degree increments.
Tri-Clamp fittings are standard with a wide variety of
optional fittings available.
-
Rectangular Flange - Large rectangular inlets
on models MR-135 RF and MR-150 RF help eliminate bridging
problems with products having little or no fluid characteristics.
A common option for meat emulsions, heavy doughs, and
other similar products.
