LPG Products
Compressors
Horizontal Compressors LPG
Corken's horizontal compressors offer the largest capacity in liquid transfer. They are used to unload LPG marine barges, which typically are not equipped with on-board transfer equipment.
Vertical LPG Compressors
Corken gas compressors are designed for use in liquid transfer through vapor displacement, vapor recovery, scavenger and portable applications. Whether it is gas recovery from cylinders or barge unloading, Corken has a compressor for your application.
Stationary Pumps
Z Series Stationary Pumps
The new three-inch Z3500 LPG pump is designed for stationary and foot mounted truck applications. The Z3500 stationary pump has the same locked rotor design used in the Corken Z-Series truck pumps to ensure long pump life and excellent performance.
Coro Vane® Series Stationary Pumps
Corken Coro-Vane® pumps are positive displacement pumps. They produce a maximum differential pressure of 125 psig (8.6 bar g). Corken manufactures four sizes of Coro-Vane pumps, ranging from 1gpm to 350 gpm (0.279.5 m3/hr). Corken offers these pumps with v-belt or direct-drive mounting options.
Coro Flo® Series Stationary Pumps
The Coro-Flo® pump is offered in three different model drive configurations. The C-Model configuration has the pump close coupled to a motor (shown below). The F-Model has a separate pump body and is directly driven through a coupling.
Side Channel Series Pumps
SC-Series Side Channel Pumps are typically used for cylinder filling, vaporizer feeding, pumping from underground storage and bulk filling operations.
Autogas Series Pumps
The autogas market is unique with its own distinct needs. Corken with the aid of marketers, designers and installers of autogas systems has designed a new pump that is specifically designed to meet these needs.
Truck Pumps
Z-Series Coro-Vane® Truck Pumps
The Z-Series Coro-Vane® Truck Pumps are specifically designed to perform in such severe operating conditions as high differential pressure, pump overspeeding, poor suction conditions and heavy thrust loads associated with a power take-off (PTO) drive system.
Bypass Valves
ZV200 Bypass Valve
The two-inch ZV200 is a low pressure build-up bypass valve designed for applications requiring protection for positive displacement pumps. Specifically designed for protecting pumps with capacities up to 250 gpm (946 L/min).
B166, T166 and B177 Bypass Valves
B166 -
Used with all cylinder filling pumps. (Coro-Flo Models and low flow side channel pumps).
T166 - Used with large capacity pumps filling various sizes of tanks and bottles such as those used with delivery trucks or multi-spot cylinder-filling plants.
B177 - Used in liquefied-gas bulk plant installations for the loading and unloading pumps.

Industrial Coro-Vane Series Pumps
Corken manufactures variations of its positive displacement pumps, sliding vane design for various applications. Each of these offers unique features for the transfer of hazardous, non-lubricating liquefied gases and low viscosity liquids. For more information, review the various pump styles offered by Corken below.

Industrial Coro-Flo Series Pumps
The Coro-Flo® pump is offered in three different model drive configurations. The C-Model configuration has the pump close coupled to a motor (shown below). The F-Model has a separate pump body and is directly driven through a coupling. And finally, the DS/DL Model pumps are mounted on a special bracket which will accept standard C-face motors.
Industrial Side Channel Series Pumps
Corken SC-Series pumps are a rotary side channel design. They produce a maximum differential head of 1,150 ft (350 m). The side channel pump is offered in six different sizes, each ranging from one to eight stages.
Industrial Stainless Steel Coro-Vane Series Pumps
Corken's Sabre Series SSV pumps are stainless steel positive displacement pumps. They produce a maximum differential pressure of 200 psig (13.8 bar g). Stainless steel positive displacement pumps can handle discharge pressures up to 400 psig (27.6 bar).
Petroleum Pumps
PZ-Series Coro-Vane® Petroleum Pumps
The PZ-Series Coro-Vane® Petroleum Pumps are a positive displacement vane design. They produce a maximum differential pressure of 125 psig (8.6 bar) and a maximum working pressure of 200 psi (13.8 bar). Corken manufactures two sizes of PZ-Series Coro-VaneÒ pumps with a capacity up to 160 gpm (605 L/min).

Industrial Compressors
Industrial D-Style Compressor
Industrial D-Style Compressors
are extremely versatile. They can be used to transfer liquids between tanks, off-load/load out liquids, recover residual vapor, pressure boosting, gas blanketing, gas gathering, evacuate vapors for maintenance purposes, etc.
Industrial T-Style Compressor
T-style compressors can handle the same applications as a D-Style compressor. These include transfer of liquids between tanks, off-load/load out liquids, recover residual vapor, pressure boosting, etc. The T-style, however, offers the advantage of precise leakage control.
Industrial New Chlorine Compressor
These New Chlorine Compressors were specifically designed for applications involving the transfer and recovery of Chlorine. Railcar unloading is the most typical application although these compressors are also used in the recovery residual vapors, and pressure boosting.
Industrial Horizontal Compressor
The horizontal compressors offer the largest capacity of any of Corken's compressor lines. This line of compressors can be used for unloading tankers or multiple railcars, wellhead gas recovery, pressure boosting, and gas blanketing.
