Air Operated Mix Proof Valves

This state-of-the-art Mix Proof Valves includes two plugs that can be activated independently allowing the upper and lower lines to be closed separately without mixing. Both the valve and body are constructed of extra thick stainless steel to withstand heat and stress so they are ideal for the Food, Dairy and other ultra-pure industries requiring high temperature sterilization.

Anti-Shock Valves

Reduce damage to diaphragms and other moving parts by eliminating shock load conditions with Versa-Matic's Anti-Shock Valves. Operated manually or remotely, Anti-Shock Valves enable the pump to start smoothly and gradually, minimizing the risk of vibration damage on the pipe system and pipe fastening. The risk for caviation during start-up is also significantly reduced.

	Bio-Flo® II Diaphragm Valves Bio-Flo® II Diaphragm Valves are designed for sampling, drain and steam ports, and specialty use in ultra-pure Pharmaceutical or Biotechnological processing. The Bio-Flo® II Diaphragm Valve bodies are forged from 316L stainless steel and are available with 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" ports.
