Orifice Plates

Designed to provide reliable flow reduction without deadlegs, our Orifice Plates include a self-draining design to avoid trapping product and bacteria. TEF-STEEL

Reduce the downtime of your sterilize-in-place (SIP) system with our new TEF-STEEL gaskets. Made from a 50/50 mixture of Teflon and type 316L stainless steel, these gaskets are suitable for a wide range of temperatures from -20ºF to 450ºF. They last up to five times longer than conventional solid PTFE gaskets so your system maintenance is greatly reduced and they offer a host of other advantages including:

Smart Gasket

The Smart Gasket™ is the ideal device for checking and validating the sterility of your ultra-pure system. Installed between two sanitary flanges, the Smart Gasket™ can be used to hold spore challenge test strips, meter fluids or withdraw samples. Easy to install and use, it seals completely without a deadleg when the gasket is compressed. Available in sizes from 1/2" to 4", the Smart Gasket™ features:

Torque-Rite®

Eliminate over-tightening or under-tightening of surface gaskets with the Torque-Rite®. Installed along with a Perfect Surface Gasket, the unique Torque-Rite clamp makes a "click" when it is properly tightened. Further tightening will not exert any more pressure, so there's no danger of tearing or extruding the gasket. Applying proper torque to the gasket is critical to the integrity of your system since gaskets that are too tight or too loose can lead to contamination or bacteria entrapment.
