Industrial Air Nozzles

A small brass air nozzle (air amplifying nozzle) to fit into small spots and used by many machine builders for blow-off applications.

The small Model 47001 brass air nozzle (air amplifying nozzle) added to a copper tube. Machine builders can bend the copper tube and aim the nozzles to where ever it suits. The copper tube is simply press fit into the customer’s system.

This is a common standard strength air nozzle (air amplifying nozzle) with a 1/8” male NPT connection and ideal for most blow-off applications involving liquids. The coanda profile is made for excellent noise reduction and blow-off force at a good distance.

This is another common but stronger force air nozzle (air amplifying nozzle) with a 1/4” male NPT connection and ideal for most blow-off applications involving liquids and even light weight parts. Again the coanda profile is made for excellent noise reduction and blow-off force at a good distance.

This is similar to the 47003 except it is made adjustable. The Superior design of the adjustable set screw is made to adjust the nozzle within its weakest and strongest ranges.

This air nozzle (air amplifying nozzle) is a unique design by Nex Flow™ and is extremely powerful and one of the strongest nozzles on the market today. It has a ¼” female NPT fitting and is fully anodized for long life. With the coanda profile you get an extremely strong force at a distance. This is an ideal nozzle for blow guns and for blowing small parts for part ejection as well for stronger blow-off of liquids if required, especially heavier viscosity liquids.

Flat Jet Nozzles Air Edger™

Air Edger™ Flat Jet Nozzle, provides a powerful force while reducing compressed air use for a variety of blow off applications. The unit is 2" wide and the gap is maintained by a shim. Changing or stacking various shim sizes allows you to set the force that you need for any particular application - from a light blow off to a powerful blow off force.

Air Jets

Air Jets are larger than nozzles and used when a wider area needs to be hit with the amplified air. They are significantly more efficient than nozzles although often use as much compressed air. Their best use is to replace pairs of nozzles that are used for part ejection or for blow-off applications that require greater force than that provided by air knives or air movers.

About Us

Our Publisher and Owner has been involved in the Canadian Process Control Market for over 35 years. As a former publisher and founder of one of our competitor's print publications in 1992 he left and began his own print magazine known as The Complete Process Products Book which evolved into Process Controls and Instrumentation News. In 1999 we created www.process-controls.com which contained an online Buyers Guide. We further evolved to the web site you see today and began to develop and maintain web sites for our clients. We introduced The Process News in February 2004 with a worldwide circulation of 43,000 readers providing up-to-date information on the latest products.
