 The EIL3000P Pallet Sterilization Controller automatically controls the complete sterilization process. The well thought out display makes it easy for the operator to know the operating conditions at all times.
Our Pallet Sterilization Control System includes PC software to monitor and log data during the process. Multiple controllers can be connected and logged on the same PC at the same time.
Our temperature sensors are the internationally recognized standard for accuracy and stability the Pt100 RTD. These sensors are more stable than thermistors and more accurate than thermocouples.
We monitor three internal pallet temperatures and commence sterilization once all three have reached 135ºF. The process takes place with the kiln closed to keep humidity high and prevent checking or weakening of the pallets. An automatic cool down period automatically begins once the pallet sterilization process is complete.
