We have continually refined the design of our Smoke House Temperature Sensors with the help of smoke house operators and installers over the last 14 years.
The 316 stainless steel sheath and white teflon handle and connection cable of the Smoke House Temperature Sensors are ideal for food service.
Platinum RTD's
Our standard smoke house RTD's use one or two 100 ohm platinum thin film elements to DIN 43 760 (IEC 751) with a tolerance of ± 0.3°C. We also supply RTD's with a tolerance of ± 0.1°C in values of 100 and 1000 ohms. Platinum RTD's are the most stable temperature sensors. They show almost no calibration drift with time. Their stability, wide temperature range and almost linear output make them the choice in demanding applications.
On request we are also able to manufacture similar probes with thermocouples or other sensors rather than RTD's in order to match installed recorders or controllers.
