Kistler Quartz High Pressure Sensor Model 7005 for measuring dynamic and quasistatic pressures up to 600 bar at temperatures up to 200°C. Excellent cycling life and endurance is continuous operation with pressure shocks and rapid pressure rises.

The diaphragm transmits the pressure to the quartz measuring element. The diaphragm of this sensor is machined from the solid and designed to attain a high cycling life even under severe dynamic loading. However, this sensor is as compared to the types 701/7001, more sensitive to rapid temperature changes during the measurement.

This sensor is ideal for measuring dynamic pressures such as pressure pulses in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
