Gas Stability System
Creates a constant furnace atmosphere by stabilisation of the Wobbe Index of fuel gas by using compressed air.
An open fire furnace requires a constant Wobbe Index in order to produce a constant furnace atmosphere. Fluctuations in composition of the fuel gas require a system for the stabilisation of the Wobbe Index.
Features:
• Rugged and compact design
• Fast response
• Insensitive to ambient temperature fluctuations
• Controlled injection of air, LPG, nitrogen or natural gas
• Deals with rapid changes of Wobbe Index
• Turndown ratio stabilised gas flow 1:50!
• Integrated Wobbe analyser measures blended gas quality
User benefits:
• Eliminates the need for individual burner control
• Provides a stable oven atmosphere
• Improved product quality; prevents off-spec production
• Low cost of ownership

Yamatake Heat Value Gas Chromatograph
For metering, monitoring and control applications where 5 minutes update time is acceptable the Yamatake HGC 303 is the best solution. Whereas this is a very compact chromatograph it fully complies with the ISO 6974, part 4 method! Moreover the performance on natural gas C6+ analysis is comparable with any large process chromatograph. For LNG and biogas applications the standard measuring ranges in the HGC 303 can be easily adjusted. Some key benefits:
• Approved for custody transfer applications; compliant with relevant ISO and GPA standards
• Compact design; easy integration into metering and gas turbine fuel gas conditioning skids
• Calibration of the unit is only required every 6 months
• Ambient temperature limits -10 to +50 degrees Celsius
• Low carrier gas consumption: less than 25 ml Helium/minute
• MODBUS and 4-20mA outputs available
• Optionally supplied with sample conditioning system by Hobré Instruments
