They enable all Hayward actuators and accessories to be mounted quickly with accurate alignment and proper support.

True Union Design: This feature makes it very easy to remove the valve from the piping system should maintenance be necessary. Just unscrew the two assembly nuts and lift the valve body out of the line. The piping connections do not have to be broken down.

Advanced Features: The valves incorporate precision machined stems designed specifically for actuated valves and are fitted with two seals for double the leak protection. The valve have a full port, blocked end design and the seal retainer features a fine pitch thread for precise and accurate seal adjustment.

Solid Actuator Mounting Design: For rock-solid actuator mounting, the valve incorporates a unique design that allows the actuator mounting bracket to mount directly to the valve without the need for glued or clamped on mounting pads. This assures proper alignment of the actuator to the valve without creating any damaging side loads to cause premature stem seal failure. Should manual operation ever be required just remove the actuator and mounting bracket and install a standard handle on the stem, it is not necessary to disassemble the valve and replace the stem.

Never a Problem with Corrosion: All plastic construction means that these valves will never rust or corrode and they can survive corrosive environments without the need for painting or expensive epoxy coatings.
