480-FPM Jib Cranes
The model 480 floor plate mounted jib crane is widely used to control or position a load in areas that are generally inaccessible to other material handling equipment. They are designed to provide reliable, long-life performance with minimal maintenance. This free standing jib crane provides 360-degree rotation. Available options include taglines, festoon systems, collector ring
assemblies and motorized rotation.
486-WCM Jib Cranes
The economical model 486-WCM jib cranes are designed for mounting on to walls or columns to serve a 180-degree arc. They can be used under an overhead bridge crane if adequate head room is provided.
The steel hinge assemblies are equipped with tapered roller bearings fitted into precision-machined housings. Grease fittings are provided for pressure lubrication to assure easy movement.
486-WBFC Telescoping Jib Cranes
This is a model 486 wall bracket, full cantilever jib crane which telescopes. Bushman Equipment's WBFC jib cranes are particularly useful when ceiling height is limited. They can be mounted to a wall or column within three inches of the ceiling, providing valuable additional inches of lifting range. Entirely self-supporting, without tie rods or other bracing, the jib crane can
be installed with the girder at maximum available height and with very little clearance necessary.

Super Jib Cranes
The “Super Jib” shown here is a full cantilevered jib with a 60 foot span and a capacity of 7 1/2 tons. It is mounted onto a large gantry crane at a nuclear power plant in California. The Super Jib required seismic calculations, special surface preparation with epoxy paint, and powered rotation. To the satisfaction of our customer, Bushman Equipment designed and built
this impressive piece in eight weeks.
