Metal Detection From Eclipse Magnetics

The equipment most commonly used by the process industry for the final inspection of goods.

A metal detector consists of the detection head (or coil) and electronic control equipment that interprets signals sent from the detection head.

Detectors can be supplied with reject mechanisms that will remove the contaminated item from the process line (i.e. conveyor belt or pipeline etc.)

As the name suggests, same unit as the Unicon Dry but for wet applications.

RZ detector head and pneumatic ejection flap automatically remove contamination upon detection.

Detection sensitivity starts at 0.3mm. Very popular in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Hygienic design - can be cleaned using detergents etc. Low overall height, very versatile and easy to maintain. .

RZ detector head with a rejection swivel tunnel instead of the standard pneumatic ejection flap.

Ideal for easily damaged products such as flaky, light, fibrous or crumbly products i.e. dried pasta, cornflakes, cereal, noodles and nuts etc.

Detection sensitivity starts at 0.3mm.

Rapid Compact

Compact unit for the removal of ferrrous and non-ferrous metals from free-falling pourable bulk materials.

Used at all stages of a production line in the plastics, food, feed, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries.

RZ

Low unit height means the RZ detectors can be installed in tight areas such as packing lines and between existing process equipment.

The RZ range offers unsurpassed levels of detection of ferrous and non-ferrous metal contamination in free-flowing dry products such as powders, granulates and fibres.
