Electrostatic charges eliminated with the Haug Uno Air Gate. The Uno Air Gate is an excellent and proven means of eliminating electrostatic charges, dust and the negative effects they have on production. Offset into two lines, the interchangeable nozzles shape the air flow into a determined flat jet. Once neutralized, the particles are then
mechanically removed by means of a high-velocity air stream.
Cleaning and maintenance
Contamination of pressure tube and precision nozzles reduces the performance of HAUG air gates. Regular cleaning with the special cleaning agent 7220 assures long service life and constant efficiency.

Combination with ionizing bars

 Surface charges which detrimentally affect production can be removed reliably and effectively, even at high operating speeds,  by
using the EI-RN ionizing bar. Special wear-resistant electrodes guarantee long service life. The ionizing bar is safe to touch.
Uno Air Gate + EI-VS
 Apart from all other advantages of the standard version, the EI-VS ionizing bar satisfies the user by its considerably increased efficiency. Just as the EI-R N,
the EI-VS is also fitted with the unique coax high-voltage connection HAUG System X-2000.

Due to their considerable impact on quality, dust layers are of particular concern in the automotive industry (during painting of metallic or plastic parts) and in industries where metallic parts with highly insulating paints or coatings are processed.
