In practice, the Uno Air Gate represents an excellent proven production aid, used to remove electrostatic charges, dust and subsequent production fault sources. Offset into two lines, the rotatable nozzles shape the air flow into a knife-sharp flat jet. Once neutralized, the parts are then mechanically removed by means of an explosive operating force.

To complete the air Gate as an equipment unit, the Air Gate housing can be combined with one of the following ionizing bars selected from the HAUG product range:

Ionizing bar "Classic Line"
Ionizing bar "Power Line"
Ionizing bar "Explosion" (special for the Ex range)

High voltage supply is obtained via a mains power pack.
 

Uno Air Gate + Classic Line:

Surface charges which detrimentally affect production can be removed reliably and effectively, even at high operating speeds, by using the "Classic Line" ionizing bar. 
Wear-resistant special electrodes guarantee long life and the ionizing bar is absolutely safe to touch.
 

Uno Air Gate + Power Line:

Apart from all other advantages of the standard version, the "Power Line" ionizing bar convinces the user by its considerably increased operating capability. Just as the "Classic Line", the "Power Line" is also fitted with the unique coax-high voltage connection from the HAUG System X-2000 range.

In view of its considerable quality-reducing effect, the dust layers experienced in the automobile industry (during paint spraying of plastic parts) of metallic parts provided with high insulating paints or coatings are of particular concern.
Especially here, as well as in all of the following areas of industry, the application of HAUG air Gates has proven its value time and time again:
