Filter Ventilator System Model 1000A
For enclosures up to 500 Cubic ft.

Filter Ventilator System Model 1000A is available with 1 or 3 phase drive motors. a 6" (nominal) square mounting flange is fitted on the outlet. Inlet/outlet are provided with finger guards for safety. The Filter Blower Unit Model 1000A produces 1200 CFM.

The main pleated paper filter has a huge 94 sq. ft. area and a 1/2" thick polyester pre-filter. A single wingnut eases removal & replacement.

The complete system includes four louvered vents, a digital thermometer with 10 ft. lead, an air deflector, mounting fasteners, and operation installation instructions.

Filter Ventilator System Model 500C is avaialble with 1 or 3 phase drive motors. A 4" (nominal) square mounting flange is fitted on the outlet. Inlet/Outlet are provided with finger guards for safety. The Filter Blower Unit Model 500C produces 455 CFM.

The main pleated paper filter has a huge 44 sq. ft. area and a 1/2" thick polyester pre-filter. A single wingnut eases removal & replacement.

The complete system includes three louvered vents, a digital thermometer with 10 ft. lead, an air deflector, mounting fasteners, and operation installation instructions.

Filter Ventilator System Model 150C
For enclosures up to 25 Cubic ft.

Filter Ventilator System Model 150C is unique in that the motor is built into the impeller! The die-cast aluminum housing has a regtangular outlet about 2" x 3". The inlet and outlet have finger guards installed. It is a single phase 115 volt motor (3 phase not available).

The main filter contains approximately 5.6 square feet of pleated paper and is fitted with a prefilter blanket. Filters are easily removed with on wing nut and may be cleaned for reuse!

The Filter Ventilator System Model 150C system includes a louvered vent for hot air exit, a deflector plate to direct cooler air towards the "hot spots", and external capacitor, mounting fasteners and a digital thermometer to monitor internal temperature.

Filter Ventilator System Model 60A
For enclosures up to 10 Cubic ft.

Filter Ventilator System Model 60A is our smallest Filter Ventilator System and is suggested for use on small enclosures up to 10 cubic feet, particularly in the metal working industry where oil mist causes problems! It produces 60 CFM and uses a 115 volt blower motor (3 phase is not available).

The main filter has about 2-1/4 square feet of pleated paper filter area with a 1/2" thick prefilter for extended life.

The filter Ventilator System Model 60A includes the filter/blower, a louvered vent for hot air exit, mounting fasteners and installation/operation instructions.

Filter Ventilator System Model 1400
For enclosures up to 600 Cubic ft.

Filter Ventilator System Model 1400 produces 1400 CFM and has an 8" oultet. The standard unit is equipped with a 3 phase drive motor. the mounting flange is cast integral with the blower casing and both inlet and outlet have finger guards for safety.

The pleated paper filter has 45 sq. ft. of area and life is further extended with the 1/2" polyester prefilter wrap. A single wingnut makes removal easy!

The 1400A is equipped with louvered vents, an air deflector, a digital thermometer, mounting fasteners, and installation/operation instructions. It is a complete package with nothing else to buy!
