If
youve already heard Hart Scientific makes the best-performing
calibration baths in the industry, did you also know that we make
baths for virtually any application, temperature range or budget?
Harts line of great baths start with our three benchtop models.
Like
our larger floor-model baths, these units feature great stability
and uniformity. All three baths are stable and uniform to ±0.005°C.
Other companies promise high stability but deliver only ±0.02°C,
which is not adequate for temperature calibration work. The companies
that make them almost never provide bath stability figures across
the baths entire operating range. If they did, you wouldnt
buy the bath.
Each
of these benchtop units uses Harts own proprietary controller
technology to achieve cutting-edge control. They have large stainless
steel tanks with large openings for holding several probes at a
time, and each has an optional RS-232 or IEEE interface package
with a 9930 Interface-it software package.
If
you dont want to control your bath with your PC, set-points
can be manually set through the front panel. Eight of your most
frequently used settings are stored in memory for faster setup.
Lexan and stainless steel covers are also available.
These
are not mass-produced utility baths. Theyre true calibration
baths made to meet the demanding needs of calibration labs. Each
bath is tested for stability before its shipped, and we measure
the operating specs in the bath fluid itself, not in an isothermal
block to make our numbers look better. No one knows baths the way
Hart Scientific does, and no one delivers a better product than
Hart. No one!
Model
6025 Range: 35°C to 205°C
This
benchtop bath takes up just a bit more than one square foot of counter
space and weighs less than 26 pounds, yet it achieves stability
of ±0.005°C at 100°C and ±0.007°C at 200°C. Uniformity is ±0.007°C
at any temperature and anywhere in the tank.
The
Model 6025 bath is inexpensive enough to use as a dedicated bath
at a fixed temperature. Its designed to last for years and
comes with an unbeatable industry-leading two-year warranty.
The
controller is digital, so you can electronically set bath operating
temperatures and safety cutouts. Theres an optional interface
package for complete computer automation. (Back

Model
6035 Range: 35°C to 300°C
If
you need a higher temperature range but want the same stability,
uniformity and size as found in the Model 6025, Hart has the Model
6035 Benchtop Calibration Bath.
This
unit weighs less than 35 pounds with the same footprint as the 6025.
The well opening is 18 square inches and the tank is 9.5 inches
deep.
Bath
stability is ±0.005°C at 100°C and ±0.015°C at 300°C. The set-point
resolution is 0.01°C. The tank holds just 2.1 gallons of fluid,
so the cost of supplies is low.

Model
7025 Range: 20°C to 110°C
If
youre doing work below ambient, this is the benchtop model
for you, and like all Hart baths, it leads the industry in performance.
It
has stability of ±0.005°C at 100°C and ±0.01°C at 20°C and
uses only 2.1 gallons of fluid, so you can move the temperature
up and down quickly between temperature changes.
Uniformity
is an outstanding ±0.005°C throughout the tank, so you can calibrate
or check more than one probe at a time.
Dont
forget: you can do fully automated calibrations with all three of
these benchtop units by using the optional Hart 9932 Calibrate-it
software package and RS-232 interface. (Back
