CI Noncontact Thermocouple
This small versatile sensor is LOW enough
in cost to replace conventional thermocouples and is the
ideal choice for multiple-sensor applications.
Outputs are available with J, K or linear 1mV deg C.

Raytek GP Is A Temperature Monitoring System
Comprising a compact monitor with a wide choice of rugged 1%
accuracy sensing heads.
The digital 1/8 DIN indicator will accept inputs from either
the CI or MI outlined above plus, it comes with
it's own general purpose sensing heads and will also accept
inputs from any 0-5 VDC or 4-20 mA devices which also allows
it to be used with any of the Hi-End 4-20 mA sensors described
below.

 Marathon
Series Fiber Optic Thermometers
Available in two model Series, the FA1/FA2 define New
Price Performance Standards and are smart, feature a fixed-focus
optical head connected by a rugged fiber optic cable to a remotely
installed electronic housing.
A built in display simplifies installation and the temperature
range covered is from 482 - 5432ºF (250 - 3000ºC) in
four sub ranges to meet your needs. Special Models are available
for Glass applications. DataTemp Support Software plus
a suite of easy to use Windows programs for remote sensor configuration;
data acquisition, display and archiving; and field calibration
is included.

 Raytek
Marathon Series Infrared Thermometers
The Raytek Marathon series are High Performance integrated
thermometers for accurate measurement in demanding HIGH TEMPERATURE
APPLICATIONS such as metal heat treating, steel production,
foundries, and secondary glass.
The Marathon MA1S and MA2S offer optical resolution
as high as 300:1 for measurement of small, distant targets;
fast response time to 1 millisecond for real-time measurement
of high-speed moving targets; and proprietary electronics for
more flexible temperature measurements. Variable focus optics,
a built-in interface, and laser aiming provide ease-of-installation.
NEW signal processing and programmable relay capabilities
eliminate the need for additional hardware such as PLC's or
other computers. DataTemp Support Software plus a suite
of easy to use Windows programs for remote sensor configuration;
data acquisition, display and archiving; and field calibration
is included.

Series
The MR1S Series is a high performance RATIO two-color
thermometer with two way digital communications, dirty window
alarm, and fast response time, which provides superior accuracy
in HARSH environments with a Variable Focus optical
head.
DataTemp Support Software plus a suite of easy to use Windows
programs for remote sensor configuration; data acquisition, display
and archiving; and field calibration is included. A unique feature
allows you to switch between one-color to two-color operation,
which simplifies set-up and provides continued measurement flexibility.

NEW Thermalert CS100/102 Kiln Shell Temperature Monitoring System
Designed to provide comprehensive and continuous temperature
measurements for control analysis and product quality monitoring
of rotating Kiln Shells used in Cement and Lime production.
The system combines an environmentally protected infrared linescanner
and a powerful, industrial software program to allow for accurate
detection and monitoring of hot spots in refractory bricks in
order to prevent costly kiln damage and extend production runs.
Available in either a single or dual linescanner configuration
(for longer kilns), the CS100/102 package includes the linescanner
(s), a stainless steel enclosure, customer interface cable and
connector box, position indicator, DataTemp CS100 and DataTemp
MP software plus operators manuals.

NEW Thermalert MP50 Process Imager
Finally, a better way to measure and control temperature profiles
across your product (web) and provide accurate temperature image
data of moving objects.
The NEW MP50 features a fast microprocessor system that
allows a selectable scan rate of 36 or 48Hz with models
designed specifically for the Glass, Plastics and Steel industries,
plus Cement & other Kiln applications are also available.
The MP50 comes standard with air purging and water cooling,
three configurable analog outputs and two way digital communications.
Also included is DataTemp
MP an industrial Windows software package that provides
remote configuration of the imager and real-time monitoring of
the process.
