Description
The PT390 Oil Field Pressure Transmitter is available in pressure
ranges from 5,000 to 20,000 psi. The pressure sensing diaphragm utilizes
high resistance foil strain gages coupled to a sealed amplifier module.
The module produces a 2 - wire, 4 to 20 mA output signal proportional
to applied pressure. Specifically designed to withstand aggressive oil
field applications, the PT390 meets NEMA 4X environmental standards.
Wetted parts are made from Inconel X - 750 to meet NACE standard MR
- 01 - 75 for sour gas service. PT390 accuracy is within 0.25% of full
scale pressure including linearity, hysteresis and repeatability.
Features
Confidence & Control in the Field
- Larger, tapered pressure port is
easy to clean and drains readily after washdown
- 100% calibration output signal makes
it easy to set system span in the field
- For extra environmental protection,
the amplifier module is sealed and potted in a separate metal enclosure
- Stainless steel construction, withstands
severe shock and vibration
- High resistance, isolated strain
gage bridge offers low power drain, rapid warm - up time and better
stability
Certified Pressure Measurement
- NEMA 4X classification for outdoor
use
- Approved by FM and SIRA for use
in hazardous areas
- Meets CENELEC standards for intrinsically
safe operation
- Inconel pressure fitting meets NACE
standard MR - 01 - 75 for sour gas service
- Tested per EC801 - 3 Standard for
excellent RFI/EMI protection against a broad spectrum of electrical
noise
