 Cartridge
Heaters from Cyronix are available in medium watt and high watt density.
Both offer the same basic design and high quality construction.
The high watt density Cartridge Heaters are supplied with an Incoloy
sheath, type “F” long life stranded flexible leads, and high watt
densities. The Incoloy sheath allows operation at sheath temperatures
to 1500ºF.
The medium watt density Cartridge Heaters have 2 inches of type “A”
solid nickel leads which emerge from the heater. Stranded manganese
nickel wire insulated with silicone-impregnated fiberglass is attached
to the solid nickel leads. The sheath is made of stainless steel and
has a maximum temperature of 1200ºF.
Used for: Heat Molds, Dies, Platens, Hot Plates, Stud Heaters for
Shrink Tightening, Space Heater. |
