Industrial Temperature Calibration

Introduction to Temperature Testers
Isotech Dry Blocks have the features and performance to meet most calibration needs. Sometimes there are applications where a compromise has to be made, with regard to size or price. An engineer forced to carry a calibrator up a ladder and into a confined space might have to sacrifice performance for physical size. Where sensors of small dimensions and large uncertainties are used. Isotech have developed a range of products called “Testers”.

They don't have the same immersion depths that larger baths have, the blocks are smaller and the dry blocks do not have a PC interface.

What they do have is:

  • Outstanding Value
  • Compact Size - true handheld models
  • Wide Operating Ranges, from less than -10ºC to 650ºC in three models
  • Fast Response

QuickCals
There are two QuickCal models, handheld, portable and capable of operating from below -10ºC to 350ºC.

Model 903
Model 903 is slightly larger than the QuickCals but offers a larger block and operation to 650ºC

Small Hot Plate
A small portable hot plate for testing surface sensors, use up to 350ºC

Simulators
Also included in this section are devices that simulate a temperature sensors output, Isotech's original “Isocal”,
