|
| The VR1200
is more than just an economical choice for a Paperless Recorder; its wide
range of features and options makes it the right choice for almost any
budget or application. Available in either single or dual channel, graphics
and data are displayed on a high resolution back-lit LCD. The menu is selectable by a membrane keypad; selectable input functions include average, peak, valley, or normal sampling. The plug-in signal input modules include thermocouples, RTDs, and voltage/current. The front panel has four-digit scaling and three-character engineering units. Event triggering allows internal or external control of stop/start and a change of recording sampling rate; recording rates range from 100 samples per second to one sample every ten minutes. For added security, the VR1200 also has user-selectable passcode protection. Four display alarms are standard; dual three amp relay alarm outputs are available. Alarms are programmable as high or low, latching or non-latching. Record on/off and record/display rate control functions can be selected through digital inputs or internal alarms. Other features include a memory card which stores graphic and digital information, transferable to a PC using a read/write transfer. Data can be stored for up to six months, with a one-minute sampling rate, and it is possible to review historical information while recording in real time. An optional RS-232 bi-directional serial interface, with Windows™-based companion software, provides search, analytical and printing capabilities as well as the ability to export data to other programs. |
