Featuring the WCU (Electroless Copper/Microetch)
and WNI (Electroless Nickel), Walchem offers
the highest level of reliability in the industry.
The WCU and WNI are optoelectronic on-line analyzers
that measure the actual concentration of the copper
or nickel in solution (g/L or oz/gal). Both models
are robust, low cost, microprocessor based, menu-driven
industrial controllers. The WCU controller may be
switched from electroless copper mode to microetch
mode via a menu choice, eliminating the need for
a second controller. UL/CSA/CE certified.

sample system makes the installation of your nickel
controller a breeze! Simply hook up the sample
lines (supplied) and cooling water piping, attach
the sensors and you're on your way to continuous control
of both the nickel and pH. We sample continuously,
not periodically, so the control is as tight as can
