Tension Links With Pivot Ends
Strainsert
load sensing Tension Links with pivot ends is a superior performance
sensor for use in weighing and force measuring applications. Its sensing
element consists of a strain gauge bridge circuit installed in a small
hole along the longitudinal axis. This arrangement protects and seals
the strain gauge circuit while minimizing the adverse effects of extraneous
torsional and flexural loads. These Tension Links can be modified for
underwater use at pressures exceeding 10,000 psi.
