The Contromatics Roughneck Series High Pressure and Pipeline Ball Valves are designed to provide reliable long-lasting service in all moderate-to-high pressure applications. Each valve is tested with air to insure bubble-tight shut-off and with water during hydrostatic shell test at 150% maximum rated pressure.	All stainless steel models and all 316 trim carbon steel valves comply with NACE MR-01-75 for sour gas service. In addition, all models are certified to comply with API 607 firesafe standard by an independent laboratory.The Roughneck Series is the best, no compromise ball valve line available.

All stainless steel models and all 316 S.S. trim carbon steel valves are C.G.A. (Canadian Gas Association) approved under "Non-Lubricated Gas Shut-Off Valves" on standard #CAN1-3.16-M85.

The Contromatics Roughneck Series High Pressure Ball Valves in socket weld and butt weld construction offer the unique advantage of extended tailpiece length and integral "heat sinks" that allow these high pressure, soft-seated valves to be welded to the piping system, without disassembly, and without special welding procedures, while preventing seat damage due to excessive heat.
