Valve - Type 14

Type 14 Diaphragm Valve is an all new and improved design available
1/2" to 2". The flanged body has the same end to end
length as the DV Series Type G, as well as most lined metal diaphragm
valves.
The Type 14 Diaphragm Valve were born after years of research
and development including performance tests against similar competitive
valves. The result is a new design with superior pressure resistance,
low required handwheel torques and many new features.
This is an excellent throttling valve, and is suited for slurries
or viscous liquids. Because of the self-draining design with no
dead volume, it is good for sanitary and high purity applications.
Compared to other plastic valve types, the Type 14 offers the
highest temperature/ pressure ratings and chemical resistance
(with current choice of materials).
