Cleveland Eastern CG Mixers
The CG gear reduced models.
The CG series mixers are OSHA approved for safety. They feature light weight, yet very strong heat treated cast aluminum housings while a heavy duty sealed ball bearing absorbs shaft deflection loads providing extended mixer service. Standard single set, forged and precision ground (AGMA 9) helical gears are rated to 4.5 HP @ 400 RPM for all models. Interchangeable, modular design allows process changes requiring higher HP motors. Electric powered units are furnished with maintenance free sealed ball bearing, TEFC motors.
- Gear Drive models have a shaft speed of 350 RPM, different output speeds are also available.
- 316-SS XTF-3 high efficiency impellers are standard or optional square pitch propellers are available.
- Excellent for high flow and low shear applications.
