PET IV Correlation
Supplied with KARS for Windows™ provides a quick and easy to perform
test for correlating to the Intrinsic Viscosity (IV) of PET material.
In Addition to the IV value the sear rate vs. viscosity data for the
tested material is displayed.
Sophisticated Software and Data Reporting
LCR 5000’s onboard computer is a powerful system for reporting polymer
melt viscosity data. Raw data is obtained by simply connecting a printer
directly to LCR 5000. At the end of the test, the thermometer reports
test time, forces, shear stress, shear rates and viscosity's.

Dynisco Polymer Test Series LCR 5000 Rheometers allows detailed analysis
of the melt flow characteristics of molten polymers, providing test
capabilities more comprehensive than those of a melt indexer. KARS
software enable users to determine the consistency of each new lot
of incoming material to quantify how similar it is to material that
ran in their process.
