Macerators

Group M

seepex Macerators are mainly used for municipal and industrial wastes. They macerate the solid and fibrous components in the waste water or sludge, increasing the operating safety and the service life of
seepex
pumps and other machinery.

Because they use a cutting action and do not tear solids, they have a low power requirement and are particularly economical.

Flow rates: to 660 usgpm

Depending on the application, 2 ranges and 3 sizes are available

Range I

Overall advantages:

• Inline design allows direct attachment to a seepex pump or pipe work in a compact   configuration

• integrated heavy solids collecting separator with two large cleanouts

• three material inlet positions

• controlled maceration by use of shear plates with different openings and various speed selections

• service-friendly with a simple exchange of complete cartridge design headstock assembly

Range U

• less expensive universal design with
product inlet from the bottom

• large separate heavy solids collecting separator with sole plate

• controlled maceration by use of shear plates with different openings and various speed selections
