EXAIR Line-Vacs are low cost Air Operated Conveyors and an economical means to transport complex shapes, bulk solids and waste - with no moving parts or electricity. Units eject a small amount of compressed air to produce a vacuum atone end and high output flows on the other with instantaneous response. Applications include hopper loading of granular material, refilling vibratory bowls with abrasive media after a deburring cycle, conveying plastic pellets, scrap trim, textiles, chips, paper, pills, tablets, small parts, shavings, sawdust and bulk solids. Ideal for many “in-line” conveying applications.
