EXAIR's Ion Air Gun combines rapid static decay rates with low compressed air consumption. Surrounding air is induced through the gun at a ratio of 5:1, minimizing compressed air use and maximizing airflow. The Ion Air gun neutralizes static electricity and cleans at distances up to 15 feet (4.6m) with no moving parts. Quiet, lightweight and comfortable, it features a hanger hook for easy storage and a 10 foot (3 m) power cable. Ion Air Cannon™
Concentrated flow of Ionized air removes static and dust!

EXAIR's Ion Air Cannon neutralizes static electricity and cleans at distances up to 15 feet (4.6m) with no moving parts. It is ideal fort those hard to reach spaces or confined areas that require a concentrated flow of static eliminating ions. With an optional pressure regulator, the air volume and velocity are infinitely adjustable over a wide range, for light to heavy duty applications.

The Ion Air Cannon will maximize ionized airflow while minimizing compressed air. The compact design saves bench space and allows mounting in confined areas. The sturdy stand is pre-drilled and can be wall, bench or machine mounted. It incorporates a swivel adjustment for directing the airflow.

Super Ion Air Knife™
Powerful static eliminator prevents jamming, tearing, shocks and dust up to 20' away!

EXAIR's NEW Super Ion Air Knife removes static electricity from plastics, webs, sheet stock and other product surfaces where tearing, jamming, or hazardous shocks are a problem. The laminar sheet of air sweeps surfaces clean of static, particles, dust and dirt. Production speeds, product quality and surface cleanliness can improve dramatically.

The Super Ion Air Knife floods an area or surface with static eliminating ion - up to 20 feet (6.1) away. A balanced airflow across its length will not cause misalignments to critical surfaces such as webs. Force can be adjusted from a "blast" to a "breeze".

HAUG Tristat TR 25
The new Tristat TR 25 Charging Generator is a high-voltage generator which was specially developed for the supply of HAUG charging triodes. This unit can be used to apply electrostatic charges without physical contact, e.g. for fixing, positioning and "electrostatic adhesion" to nonconductive or semi-conductive materials.

The particular characteristics of the Tristat TR 25 lie in its clock capability and very stable output voltage. This ensures a high current, even at low output voltage, and permits installation close to the material.
