If the container holder is not designed to allow the installation of heaters or if additional heat is required to supplement the container holder heating system, heating elements can be installed in the container. Accutherm manufactures a variety of heaters individually designed for your specific needs.
Single Element
The single 5/8" diameter unit with terminals at each end is the most economical and efficient method of providing heat.
Features:
- Seamless 334 stainless steel sheathed elements with same features as elements in Container Holder Systems.
- Stainless steel mounting bracket welded to element.
- Alloy studs and nuts, welded to stainless steel cold pins on elements.
- High temperature mica or ceramic insulators.
Cluster Heater
The cluster type insert heater is designed to replace the large diameter cartridge heater. Tubular heaters are compacted, which provides longer life than cartridge heaters.
Features:
- Seamless 334 stainless steel elements.
- Stainless steel reflectors to reflect heat into the container and reduce inter-radiation between elements.
- High temperature mica or ceramic insulators.
- Terminals at both ends or at one end, depending on application.
