- We ONLY use stainless steel shims "as a standard at no extra cost" which last longer as compared to plastic shims which wear out quickly. The use of plastic shims is one of the complaints we hear from customers about "other" air knives.
- Solid full-flow design - Our standard air knives are solid, (not tiny and lacking substance) with mounting holes for easy use and flexible air connections at either the ends or the back as standard. (Some competitive designs cannot easily offer both due to lack of material in them - saves the manufacturer money but takes value away from the most important person - you the customer.) Nex Flow Technologies gives both good price and good value.
We also challenge you to compare design and quality! Nex Flow units have better consistent air flow across the face of our standard air blades, lacking any leaks between mating parts. This may not be true with some competitive designs.
