Pumps

A steady fluid flow and consistent metering are very dependent on the type of pump used.

Gear pump, progressing cavity pump, or pressurized vessel
Pump size and type selected based on your specifications
Pumping system designed to minimize introduction of air into fluid during operation
Explosion proof system where specified by customer

System is mounted on CCR’s custom cart for ease of movement and clean-up
All necessary pressure indicators and air purge ports included
Filtration system uses cartridge-style filters, with size and type to meet your specification
Filter banks located slightly above rest of system for smoother flow and easier draining
Fluid delivery hoses and 3-way valves at die inlet provided
System designed to minimize clean up from spills, including valve location to avoid spills on cart
